While the actual tournament lasts 2 weeks with total attendance over 700,000 spectators, significant effort is required for pre-opening, qualifying tournaments and post event cleaning. Spencer demonstrated exceptional leadership skills managing your team of over 100 and coordinating with security, concessions and my staff and keeping all of them happy. There were numerous rain delays, cancellations and lengthy matches which required adjusting schedules and adding staff - Spencer was able to handle this smoothly and efficiently. During an unusual downpour, there was a flood in one of the tennis buildings in which Spencer’s team addressed immediately.In short, Spencer did a terrific job.”
